At Meemstore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number/email confirmation)

• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-returnable items:

• Personal care items (opened)

• Fragrances (if seal is broken)

• Clearance sale items
